The vendor is required to provide audiovisual (AV) equipment in ten (10) rooms within the nursing building.
- Includes the furnishing, delivery, installation, and integration of large-format interactive displays, pc modules, wall mounts, video conferencing bars, and removal of existing equipment.
- All installation services shall be performed on a room-by-room basis with required coordination for access, mounting locations, and removal logistics.
• Removal of existing equipment: removal and proper disposal of all legacy displays, projectors, and wall mounts as specified per room.
• Cabling and connectivity: installation of all necessary cabling to ensure proper functionality of all equipment.
• Testing and commissioning: testing of all installed devices to ensure full operational status prior To project completion.
• cleanup: site cleanup following installation, leaving rooms in ready-to-use condition.

• Front and rear-facing camera configuration
• Zoom room pc and zoom room license integration
• Video switching and audio integration
• In-room wall controller.
