• Lead, set up and manage all audio-visual needs for various in-person events
• Includes: equipment, labor.
2. Hybrid event support
• Lead and manage hybrid event support, including, but not limited to, handling and supporting speakers, participants and interactive audiences, both online and in-person, seamlessly (including incorporating break-out room coordination).
3. Webinars
• Lead all technical aspects of a webinar, including, but not limited to, before, after and onsite support.
4. Video production
• Recording (audio and visual support)
• Video production, including editing, design, and collaboration with clients.

• External speaker presentation (April 1, 2026)
• Registrant education and outreach event -Calgary (June 4, 2026 – to be confirmed)
• Agency connect 2026 (October 27, 2026)

• Development or production of marketing or promotional visuals, including branding, assets, advertisements, social media content, or campaign-related graphics, unless explicitly identified as a deliverable in the scope of work.
2. Event planning services and materials:
• Event planning, coordination or management services, including agenda development, speaker management, registration, invitations or attendee communications.
• Design, production or procurement of event materials such as displays, signage, printed materials, invitations, giveaways or other physical or digital collateral unless requested by the agency.
