Audio Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide audio, video, and event production services on an as-needed basis.
- Event types
•    Fall convocation
•    Dual credit summit
•    Other college sponsored events as requested
- Summit for dual credit programs
•    Three (3) 3m height x 5m width flown led-type screens with 2mm or less dot pitch.
•    One independent signal shall feed the one (1) flown screen wired as the “center screen”.
•    The two (2) side screens shall always show the same content and will be independent.
•    Audio speakers flown (main) *speaker cabling shall be run behind the led panels.
•    Three (3) on-stage monitor speakers
•    Front stage lighting
•    Black curtains and trussing to hang from behind the led screens to block out any visuals of seating, action, and light coming from behind the stage area. 
•    This will allow for a cleaner-looking presentation.
•    The video signals to the led screens (or their scalers and video processors) shall come from the backstage AV control center.
•    Each screen should be color-balanced on all panels that make up a screen and all screens should be color-matched. 
•    Provide a reliable signal extender to send signals from the AV control center to the video processing equipment for the led screens. 
•    Signals provided from south video equipment will be SDI. 
•    A technical representative from the contractor will be required to remain onsite during testing and throughout the entire event to provide support and will remain in contact with designated college personnel as necessary.
- Fall convocation
•    Three (3) flown led-type screens with 2mm or less dot pitch.
•    Three (3) flown screens 4m height x 7m width
o    It is crucial that there are no off-pixels on the led screens to maintain a seamless and professional display. 
o    Off-pixels can disrupt the visual experience, diminish the overall image quality, and distract the audience from the intended message or content.
•    One independent signal shall feed the one (1) flown screen wired as the “center screen”.
•    The two (2) side screens shall always show the same content and will be independent.
•    24 speakers flown (main) with w/subwoofers *speaker cabling shall be run behind the led panels.
•    2 confetti blowers with w/confetti (metallic navy blue and gold)
•    4 co2 machines
•    4-stage monitor speakers.
•    Side fill speakers
•    Front stage lighting (flown).
•    Side screen lighting for draping and curtains.
•    The signals providing the video to the led screens (or their scalers and video processors) shall come from the AV control center located backstage.
•    Each screen should be color-balanced on all panels that make up a screen, and all screens should be color-matched to each other. 
•    Provide a reliable signal extender to send signals from the AV control center to the video processing equipment for the led screens. 
•    Signals provided from college video equipment will be SDI.
