Audio-Visual Equipment Services

The Vendor is required to provide audio-visual (AV) equipment for 13th floor large conference room.
- Requirement:
•    LG 86” 4k color, high-definition resolution, touch screen, smartboard, display monitor or its equivalent with HDMI, USB-c, usb-2 and wireless connections options 
•    Extra-large fusion micro adjustable fixed wall mount or its equivalent (for 55” to 100” monitor, with a 250lb+ capacity).
•    Cisco room bar pro, first light: 
o    Cisco power cord for room bar pro
o    Cisco room navigator-table stand, first light (white) (for the table) 
o    Cisco 1.5m grey HDMI 2.0 (room bar pro to display monitor)
o    Cisco mounting kit for cisco room bar pro (room bar pro to display monitor)
•    Cisco table microphone pro (with 11 meter cable), first light-spare (room bar pro to table).
•    Cisco active optical cable, USB-c 3.1, (with 9 meter cable) (room bar pro to navigator on table).
•    Bidding vendor provides awarded item(s) to OER located at empire state plaza, agency bldg. 2, 8th floor, no later than June 15, 2026 or within 30 calendar days of receipt of a state purchase order for payment or a guarantee to remit payment with of state p-card upon receipt of goods.
