Video Observation and Recording System

The Vendor is required to provide video observation and recording system for include:
•    1u rackmount video appliance w/ 16 tb storage; 16 tb for up to 6,000 hours of video storage;
•    1u on a 4-post server rack; 
•    Duplex power outlet; 
•    Ups (ivs best practice recommendation); 
•    Two to three network connections, connected directly to the college-provided poe switch:
o    10147 r1a16s-k – is 1u full-depth chassis
o    Single xeon 6 performance 6505p cpu
o    128gb gb ram
o    Raid 1 ssd os/application array
o    16 tb raid 5 video archive;
•    Must be able to manage up to 25 - 1080p cameras offering 8,000 hours of video storage;
•    Must include a video observation and recording system software base license; 
•    Network switch for a camera network, with network lines to switch to be provided by the college; and
•    45013 uesw24 - ivs provided poe switch for the audio network, not connected to the college network but provided by contractor and specifically configured for the production dante audio network and equipment.
•    Equivalent systems that meet the above functional and performance specifications will be considered. 
•    The college reserves the right to verify equivalence through documentation, demonstration, or reference checks. 
•    Each system is to be delivered to and installed in the speech language hearing center on the college campus as further.
