• Back/top lighting covering 2/3 of the downstage area of the stage
• All stage lighting must be focused to avoid spilling onto projection screen
• 52’ wide velour backdrop 24’ tall (flown, not ground supported)
• Audio and video connection w- video switch for computer and tablet device both on stage and at
• Tech table
• 100a 3phase (lugs only) provided on south east wall.
• 100+’ feeder cable
• Ada compliant cable ramps crossing overhead door and any doorways
• Full range sound system for light music and speech as well as ability to patch into the house sound.
• Microphones, di boxes, and cables as necessary for pep/jazz band. 3- hand held wireless microphones, 1- podium microphone, min. 4 countryman e6 headset wireless systems
• Their own scissor lift for set up.
• In addition to the setup, tech(s) are needed for the run through and event.
• They may also be needed to attend additional sessions on Tuesday, September 1.
