Pension Advisory Services

The vendor is required to provide from interested and qualified companies or professionals to provide retirement plan advisory services.
- Include for services:
• Monitor and evaluate the funds in county retirement plans.
• Provide in depth investment product analysis of each fund.
• Provide analysis of each fund's corresponding asset class.
• Prepare written reports containing this analysis.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of the money managers of each fund against the appropriate benchmarks and guidelines. meet with the pension committee to make a verbal presentation.
• Answer questions and explain reports.
• Provide training when necessary.
• Meet quarterly with the pension management team, employee pension advisory committee and the board of commissioners ("board").
• May exceed twelve meetings per year.
• Research additional investment fund options as requested by the pension management team.
• Provide semi-annual reviews of the pension committee's investment policy and recommendation.
• Identify any issues of concern and report them to the pension management team.
• Provide secure cloud-based file archival support
