The Vendor is required to provide an investment counselor/portfolio manager to provide investment advice on the portfolio of public funds.
- The public funds received through cash flows, surpluses, trust funds, reserves, or any other source are under the direct control of the town and are accounted for in the annual audited financial reports.
- These include:
• Operating Funds,
• Reserve Funds; and
• Any new fund created by the Council, unless specifically exempted.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
