The vendor is required to provide financial deposit services for the benefit of people in custody (PICS).
- Facilitate the deposit of these funds (excluding bail payments) into pic commissary accounts through various methods such as internet, mobile phone, third-party kiosks, and cash at department cashier locations, walk-in third party locations (i.e. western union, money gram, etc.).
- Credit or debit automated clearing house transaction (henceforth referred to as and ACH) all funds corresponding to each service. For pic departmental financial accounts payments, the vendor will send one ACH for all internet, phone, kiosks, and lockbox transactions.
- Provide the following payment options for family and friends to send money to PIC departmental financial accounts:
• Internet/Mobile with a credit/debit card
• Telephone with a credit/debit card
• Walk-in Cash payments at non-Department locations (i.e. Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.)
• Lobby kiosks with cash
• Lockbox with an approved check/money order.
- The released PIC can use the card for cash withdrawals at ATMs and at merchants for signature and PIN based purchases.
- The system architecture including operating system, client software, server software, network diagram, and hardware.
- The ability to provide an investigative software tool capable of performing targeted data analysis, unlocking valuable insights from existing facility data, recognizing patterns and linking connections, analyzing communication data, providing actionable intelligence, data management and analysis, and similar insightful information.
