The vendor is required to provide traffic management (ATM) approach control module building services surveillance systems in place and are utilizing procedural control protocols to manage air traffic.
- The building consists of the complete construction of a 3,757 square foot raised reinforced concrete air traffic management approach control module with a connection to the existing air traffic control tower.
- The module will consist of one main control room with an overall STC rating of >60, one training room, one data room with a specialized fire protection system, a bathroom, a small kitchenette, fabricated access stairways and a connecting corridor to the main air traffic control tower.
- The module will have its own dedicated power source with two standby generators.
- The site is located at the airport and adjacent to the air traffic control tower.
- The construction will include all necessary disciplines to fulfill the scope outlined in the “for tender” set of drawings and specifications provided on the bonfire portal.
- The construction scope is all-inclusive and includes all labor and material costs, all travel and carriage costs, all insurance costs, all costs of delivery, all storage costs, all costs of installation and set-up, all plant and equipment necessary, including any predelivery inspection charges, and all other overhead, including any fees or other charges required by law and to complete the works.
