Banking Services

The vendor is required to provide banking services for its bank accounts, related depository, and cash management services.
- Provide an overview of bank, governmental client service philosophy, and corporate organization including identification of the government services unit, location of corporate, processing center, and branch localities.
- Community investment and social responsibility
1. CRA rating
•    provide the bank’s community reinvestment act (CRA) rating and describe in detail specific projects and community involvement activity in county.
2. Community engagement and value-added initiatives
•    Institution’s approach to community engagement and value-added services within the city of citrus heights. 
•    Include examples of activities such as financial literacy programs, sponsorship or support of community events, volunteerism, partnerships with schools or nonprofits, chamber of commerce membership and initiatives that advance community engagement and neighborhood vitality. identify resources your institution would dedicate to these efforts (e.g., staff liaisons, educational tools, market insights), as well as any value-added services such as discounted products, matching donations, or grant opportunities. 
•    Provide examples of recent or ongoing initiatives and their measurable impact on residents, businesses, or neighborhoods.
3. Public contributions
•    Donations or in-kind contributions are made to public agencies. 
•    If so, please give examples of recent contributions.
4. Future economic development partnership capacity 
•    The potential role of your institution could serve if the city of were to establish a revolving loan fund (RLF) or other economic development financing program. 
•    Institution's potential responsibilities as program administrator, fiscal agent, lending partner or another relevant role. 
•    Provide information on general approach to interest rates, fees, underwriting standards and loan servicing or administration. 
•    If your intuition has previously managed or partnered on similar programs, please include examples of structure, performance, outcomes, and community impact of those efforts.
5. Innovative practices and small business support 
•    Provide examples of initiatives your institution has implemented that extend beyond regulatory requirements, demonstrating creativity or unique approaches to support local economies. 
•    Programs that provide technical assistance, mentorship, or other forms of direct support to small businesses.
