The Vendor is required to provide financial institutions and/or ATM service providers to install and operate a single automated teller machine (ATM) in the county.
- The selected vendor will:
• Provide, install, and maintain one (1) ATM to be located next to the 1st floor vending machine.
• Ensure reliable ATM services, including cash availability, security, and network uptime.
• Handle all servicing, replenishment, repairs, and compliance with applicable state and federal banking regulations.
• Provide 24/7 customer service support for users experiencing ATM-related issues.
• Ensure the ATM meets ADA accessibility standards.
• Clearly display any surcharge fees at the machine, in compliance with banking regulations.
