Easy Pay and ACH Mailing Service

The Vendor is required to provide for easy pay and ACH mailing service.
- Cost of production, imaging, insertion and mailing for approximately 20,000 escrow packets and printing and the insertion and mailing of 30,000 ACH letters.
- Estimated half year tax- the dollar amount of tax including dollar sign and decimal point.
- Installment amount: Equal to 1/6 of the estimated half-year tax, rounded to the nearest dollar, including dollar sign and decimal point.
- The funds are deposited with the county treasurer and held in an escrow account until the next tax collection is open and all prepayments can be applied towards real estate taxes then due.
- This program permits your bank or financial institution to deduct a pre-authorized payment every month from your checking or savings account.
