RFP Description

The vendor required to provide current member and banking verification processes used to confirm identity when personal demographic or bank account information is submitted or updated— whether the change occurs in person, via physical forms, or through phone calls to our call center
- Requirement:
•    Verify document authenticity and strengthen fraud-detection capabilities, ensuring that verification procedures are consistently applied across all departments. 
•    Ensure that all account changes are made solely for the rightful member, by implementing verification processes that confirm the identity of the individual requesting the change. 
•    This will include additional checks to verify that updates are legitimate and authorized, enhancing security while minimizing any disruption or inconvenience to the member. 
•    The aim is to provide a frictionless experience while safeguarding the integrity of the members' account. 
•    Validate contact information, such as living addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses before changes are made, ensuring they belong to the member, and are not being used in an attempt to compromise or hijack the account. 
•    Validate financial information, such as bank account details, prior to any updates, confirming that the account is legitimate and directly associated with the member.
