The Vendor is required to provide a full-service provider who will provide recordkeeping, administration and investment services.
- Provide the best possible retirement program to their employees and district.
- All recordkeeping, administration and plan expenses are paid by County participants. Any Revenue Sharing built into a fund is credited back to the participants in that fund and all participants are charged the same asset fee
- The Contractors Service Team members will respond to Plan Sponsor inquiries within 24 hours or the next business day, should the 24-hour period include a weekend day. If the Service Team member is out of the office, the Service Team member has 24 hours to respond once they have returned to the office.
- The savings rate will exclude participants contributing a flat dollar amount.
- Measurement will be taken as a point in time. Each subsequent cohort will be measured using the same methodology;
- Statements will be mailed or provided electronically within 15 calendar days after quarter end.
- Contractor will commit to assist Plans Sponsor in the development, implementation and promotion of formal campaign associated with participant financial wellness or any related retirement readiness topic for the County population.
- Participants, Contractor will provide up to 500 individual meetings as needed by the Plan Sponsor employers across multiple locations.
- Provide a Service Standard report within 45 days of the end of quarter reflecting each service standard.
- A dedicated Communication Specialist is assigned to the Plan and accessible by the Plan Sponsor.
- Process is underway as part of a periodic review to ensure the best services and investments are available to retirement plan participants.
