General Banking Services

The Vendor is required to provide banking services for its bank accounts and related cash management services.
- Description of bank accounts
•    General checking account: automated clearing house (ACH) or wire and account transfer, funding of payroll, accounts payable, retirees HRA, workers’ comp and liability ZBA (zero balance account) accounts, and for deposit of city funds via electronic funds transfer, checks and cash. 
•    Payroll (ZBA account): disbursements are bi-weekly by checks and direct deposits. 
•    No deposits. 
•    Accounts payable (ZBA account): disbursements are weekly by checks and direct deposits.
•    Worker’s compensation (ZBA account): disbursements are by checks.
•    Liability (ZBA account): disbursements are by checks. 
•    Retirees HRA (ZBA account): disbursements are by checks and direct deposits.
•    Merchant services payment (ZBA account). 
•    Three (3) individual bank accounts are set up to receive various credit card merchant services payments and to pay merchant services fees through ACH. 
•    The funds are transferred daily to the general checking account. 
•    ACH deposits (ZBA account): receive ACH payments from various agency and customers. 
•    Process monthly ACH auto-debits for utility payments. 
•    The funds are transferred daily to the general checking account. 
•    RDA successor agency: an interest-bearing account. 
•    Receive ACH deposits and disbursements are checks and direct deposits. 
•    Section 8 account: used for city’s section 8 housing program. 
•    Receives ACH credits. 
•    Disbursements are by checks and direct deposits. 
•    Housing authority account: used for city’s housing authority program. 
•    Received ACH credits. 
•    Disbursements are by checks and direct deposits. 
•    Family self-sufficiency account (FSS): disbursements are by checks. 
•    Departmental trust account: disbursements are by checks.
