Banking Services

The Vendor is required to provide banking institutions to provide banking services.
- Provide a brief introduction to your on-line banking platform including ongoing development to utilize new technology, control features, and ease of use. Please specially provide an introduction to onboarding and training new clients.
- Provide an introduction to how you would deploy and allocate a relationship manager including their role, their level of authority to make changes, and anticipated level of contact with customers
¬- Provide a brief introduction of personal banking services / resources that could potentially be offered to our employees in the form of personalized accounts, debit cards, basic financial education, etc.
- Provide for business use credit cards as agency has a purchasing card program in place at this time, although this could be an add-on service in the future.
