Investment Custodial Safekeeping and Trust Services

The Vendor is required to provide for investment custody services, including safekeeping of assets, transaction settlement, online account access, management reporting, statement delivery, online balance inquiry and trade affirmations, consolidated accounting and reporting, and onsite client meeting as needed.
- Services:
•    Investment custody services, including safekeeping of assets, transaction settlement, online account access, management reporting, statement delivery, online balance inquiry and trade affirmations, consolidated accounting and reporting;
•    A professional, designated relationship team;
•    Custody of an unlimited number of agency/Federal Reserve eligible securities to be held in the City’s name;
•    Timely and accurate pricing of assets, collection of income (dividends, interest, matured bonds, settled sales);
•    Timely and accurate communication of transaction activity and transaction issues;
•    Direct communication with client designee as needed;
•    Ability to send and receive funds by ACH and wire.
