The Vendor is required to provide broker, investment advisor and custodial services for the authority’s (14) investment accounts with a value of $91 million as of December 31, 2025.
- Investment advisory services include acting as investment advisor and broker and providing custodial services for authority specified investment accounts over the next five (5) years.
- Requirement:
• Investment strategy development: provide recommendations on the authority’s overall investment strategy, including asset allocation, risk management, and diversification.
• Portfolio management: assist in the management of investment portfolios to meet the objectives of the authority.
• The advisor will provide ongoing monitoring of portfolio performance, rebalancing, and adjustments as necessary.
• Investment policy compliance: ensure that all investments comply with state laws, the authority’s investment policies, and any applicable regulations.
• Reporting and performance measurement: provide detailed reports on portfolio performance, including risk and return metrics, asset allocation, and compliance with stated investment goals.
• Risk management and due diligence: conduct regular risk assessments and ensure that investments adhere to established risk management guidelines.
• Assist in the selection and due diligence of investment products that comply with our investment policy.
• Market insights and education: provide market analysis, economic outlooks, and investment-related educational services to the authority’s staff as needed.
• Custodial services: provide a secure environment for authority funds.
