Student Banking Services Program

The Vendor is required to provide for banking related services that are targeted toward student related initiatives at university.
- The primary objective is to partner with a vendor who can provide financial support and additional resources for agency existing Financial Wellness programming, which includes services to students, faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as educational workshops and financial themed programming.
- Work should include the following:
•    Linking personal banking accounts to the university 1Card (campus ID card) for debit functionality (opt-in basis), to include personalized university options
•    Providing on-campus banking services and resources for students
•    Incentive program for participants meeting certain financial goals or metrics identified and developed collaboratively between banking partner and Financial Wellness Hub
•    Exclusive banking tabling at events and other informational programs
•    Integration with select campus systems (e.g., Salesforce, Canvas, etc.)
•    Campus ATM at designated locations (currently at Main Campus Student Center and Health Sciences Campus Student Center) and potential for an on-campus branch
•    Customized marketing programs and co-branded materials
•    Financial literacy education for K-12 population, co-presenting on preparing for college (529 plans, FAFSA, Admissions timelines, etc.)
•    Financial literacy education for online students, non-traditional/post-traditional students, and recent alumni
•    Family and student engagement opportunities
•    Academic partnerships including summer internships and research collaboration
•    PCI compliance and corporation membership requirements
•    Supplemental training for Financial Wellness interns to include identity theft, insurance, investments, and retirement
•    Participation in annual “Game of Life” Financial Wellness event, providing tabling support for savings and retirement information.
