Investment Counsel Services

The Vendor is required to provide investment counsel and other related legal services that may arise on an ad hoc basis.
- Required to manage investment matters including taking exigent action, where the complex legal, factual, and technical nature of the action necessitates the identification of outside counsel possessing specialized capabilities.
- The “prudent investor” rule and has adopted an investment policy statement to formally document investment objectives and responsibilities.
