The Vendor is required to provide automated teller machine (ATM) as an electronic banking terminal capable of performing one (1) or more of the following routine banking transactions: withdrawals, credit card cash advance, balance inquiries, and transfers between accounts.
- Signage and advertising requirements
• ATM installation shall include corporate identification signage.
• Signage shall be required to identify the ATM and include the name of the bank, operator, or financial institution supplying ATM services, and a toll-free customer service telephone number.
• Signs or advertising materials shall be erected on or around equipment unless the design and layout of such signs and advertising materials, together with the materials and method of construction of such signs and advertising materials, have been approved in writing from the facilities management division.
- Fee structure and customer charges
• ATM services will be at no cost to we state credit union members, and the vendor will provide the county with a guaranteed, fixed, fee percentage per transaction for non-members of the credit union.
• Disclose any associated service fees, including out-of-network ATM fees, to ensure that customers are notified prior to transaction.
- ATM location management
• ATM location during the contract term.
• Any removal or addition of an ATM require approval from the facilities management division.
• Provide a 30-day advance notice to vendors for requests to add or relocate ATM machines.
• The permanent removal of an ATM, the schedule will be mutually agreed upon between both parties.
