ATM Services

The Vendor is required to provide install, operate, maintain, and support automated teller machine (ATM) services.
- ATM services
• Offeror shall provide and maintain a minimum of two ATM machines at locations designated by the airport.
• ATM equipment shall be commercial-grade, ADA compliant, and capable of accepting major debit and credit card transactions.
• Responsible for all installation, operation, maintenance, repairs, software updates, monitoring, and replacement of ATM equipment as necessary.
• Maintain ATM availability and respond to service interruptions within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Cash management and security
• Responsible for cash replenishment, transaction processing, and compliance with all applicable banking, PCI, cybersecurity, and financial security requirements.
• Protect customer information and maintain appropriate safeguards for transaction security.
