The Vendor is required to provide investment advisory services will be required and may be requested on an ongoing basis or in connection with specific projects that may arise from time to time.
- Requirement:
• Review, advise and assist with the management and oversight of the authority financial assets.
• Assist with the selection of a depository to hold authority assets not held by bond trustee.
• Provide market research.
• Execute investment trades under the direction of the authority.
• Serve as, or assist in, the selection of a bidding agent for the authority investments for open market securities for refunding or defeasance escrows.
• Review, advise and make recommendations on the authority investment management policy.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of information for credit agencies, investors, the authority board of directors, and other constituents.
• Additional services related to, or arising from, the scope of work listed above may be reasonably requested.
