• Work with agency staff and its cash flow consultants to ensure that the investment strategy is consistent with agency cash requirements.
• Monthly and quarterly statements of investment activity, earnings and the value of the investment portfolio.
• Investment strategies to improve return performance and suggest changes as needed to investment strategy.
• Provide agency with standardized electronic trade files for all executed transactions.
