Online Electronic Payment Services Portal

The vendor is required to provide online electronic payment gateway services and e-payment collection options to be integrated with it applications and services (existing/new) of state board of nurse licensure.
- The provider (electronic payment gateway service provider) shall provide services to all nurses of optimal regulatory system (ORBS) for online payment of their licensure fees, penalties, other miscellaneous charges, verification, etc.
- Payment services must be integrated with ORBS’s application within 30 days and running.
- Respondent shall provide an online payment gateway service via the modes of online payment below:
• Debit cards (discover, visa, master, Amex etc.)
• Credit cards (discover, visa, master, Amex etc.)
- A charge fee of 2% and a processing fee of $0.10 per transaction.
