Housing Information Center Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional services related to public and Indian housing information center (PIC) data cleanup, and assistance in catching up on late recertifications.
- PIC cleanup services
• Review and reconcile discrepancies within the act public and Indian housing information center (PIC) system.
• Review the act pic error database and provide weekly and monthly reports to authority public housing leadership
• Correct and update tenant and unit data to ensure compliance with act reporting standards.
• Provide staff training and recommendations for maintaining pic data accuracy.
• Assist with creating standard operating procedures (sop) and standard operating schedules (SOS)
- Assistance with late recertifications
• Assist in processing overdue tenant recertifications to bring authority public housing files into compliance with act regulations and ensure a min reporting rate of 98%.
• Review and verify income, asset, and expense documentation.
• Train authority staff in best practices for timely and accurate recertifications.
• Assist with creating standard operating procedures (sop) and standard operating schedules (SOS).
