The Vendor is required to provide commercial card services for purchase cards, travel cards, one cards (integrated), declining balance cards, virtual cards, emergency cards, and electronic payables.

• Declining balance and managed spend cards
• Virtual cards (single-use accounts)
• Emergency use cards
• Electronic payables (EAP)
- Fleet card options (if applicable):
• Fuel cards with data capture
• Maintenance and repair services
• Real-time controls and card-level restrictions
- Liability options:
• Corporate liability (preferred)
• Joint and several liability
• Individual liability (for travel or IBA cards, if needed)
- Program management tools:
• Web-based account and transaction management
• Customizable controls (mcc blocking, spend limits, alerts)
• Real-time reporting and dashboard access
• Integration capability with county systems
- Customer support:
• Dedicated account management
• 24/7 customer service for cardholders
• Fraud detection and dispute resolution.
