- Reporting:
• Provide complete, flexible, and timely online reporting services including details on chargebacks, card transactions, deposit totals, and batch totals.
• Summary information must be available per merchant id, reporting chain, and for the university overall.
• Reports must be available for download in comma delimited (csv), excel, and pdf formats.
• The reporting system must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- PCI DSS:
• Provide documentation that substantiates its compliance with all payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS) for the protection of cardholder information, and its successful and current completion of a security audit attesting to compliance.
