Payment Gateway Services

The Vendor is required to provide digital payment gateway options that will be linked to an Amazon Warehouse Solution (AWS) environment to collect annual and bi-annual licensing fees for over 4000 facilities, agencies, and individuals licensed or certified in compliance.
- Operate off site at their own location and provide their own support, development, maintenance, and updates to maintain 24-7, 365 digital payment operations.
- The payment gateway must fully integrate with an AWS database that is used for invoicing for licensing fees. 
- The gateway must receive digital payments that have been invoiced by the system, process them, and automatically update the database that the payment has been received (payment status update).
- Email notification: An email notification should be generated by the vendor and sent to the pay or as verification of the transaction with a digital receipt.
