Merchant Card Services

The Vendor is required to provide for merchant card processing services to support credit card processing needs across all departments and operational areas at agency, including but not limited to the bookstore, café, culinary, and student accounting.
- Provide to select a merchant card services provider that will ensure seamless, secure, and efficient payment processing that integrates with agency existing systems.
- Services: The selected provider must deliver comprehensive merchant card services, including but not limited to:
•    Credit and debit card transaction processing
•    Mobile payment solutions
•    EMV, NFC, and contactless payment capabilities
•    Point-of-Sale (POS) integration with agency existing systems
•    Compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)
- Functional and Technical Requirements
•    Ability to process payments via chip, magnetic stripe, and contactless methods
•    Capability for online and in-person transactions
•    Real-time reporting and transaction reconciliation
•    Fraud detection and security measures
•    Mobile POS solutions for remote and pop-up locations
•    Minimal transaction processing downtime
•    Customer support availability 24/7.
