The vendor required to provide to authorized office users, ensuring secure data transmission and storage, and maintaining audit documentation verifying compliance with established judicial employment and privacy standards.
- Enable authorized users to access credit reports instantly through a secure online platform, configured to support multiple user access with accountability and control in accordance with office operational and legal requirements.
- Requirements
•    Provide remote, online access to individual credit reports, with preference to tri-merged reports including national data from all three major credit bureaus. 
•    Must warrant that it, and any employees or permitted subcontractors providing services contemplated by this RFP, have all necessary qualifications and approvals to perform the work under this RFP. 
•    Provide a remote-accessible online database service. 
•    The online database service must provide immediate results. 
•    Maintain a secure online database service allowing instant report retrieval, printing, and access via username and password.
•    Must configure office account within the online database to support multiple secure user sections with restricted visibility between the sections. 
•    The different user sections cannot view each other's requests or reports. 
•    Office administrator role with full access across sections is required. 
•    Must ensure billing clearly identifies which user section initiated each credit report request
•    Have the capacity to meet office anticipated annual volume of 550 to 1,000 credit report inquiries.
