RIN Credit Management Services

The vendor required to provide to manage associated renewable identification numbers (RINs) credits.
- The virtual allocation of renewable natural gas (RNG) equivalent to department ride's compressed natural gas (CNG) consumption, tracking and filing for applicable RIN credits, and revenue-sharing.
- RIN management and revenue sharing
•    File, track, and manage all RINs generated through RNG allocation on behalf of department ride. 
•    Provide a revenue percentage to department ride for the percentage of RIN credits sold. 
•    Cover all administrative costs, fees, and regulatory expenses associated with RIN filing and compliance. 
•    The vendor bears sole liability for errors in RIN filing.
- Reporting and compliance
•    RNG volumes allocated.
•    RIN credits generated and filed.
•    Revenue from RIN SALES.
•    Department ride share and offeror share of revenue.
•    Market pricing trends and compliance updates.
•    Maintain complete documentation and ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the renewable fuel standard (RFS) program.
•    Responsible for managing and responding to any audits related to RNG allocation, RIN generation, or regulatory compliance.
•    Maintain complete and accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including all EPA renewable fuel standard (RFS) program requirements.
•    Also be fully compliant with all EPA program regulations and manage all required reporting in the EPA’s moderated transaction system (EMTS).
•    Fully responsible for managing and responding to any audits related to RNG allocation, RIN generation, or other regulatory compliance obligations. 
•    Ensure that all RNG sourced under this contract qualifies under federal program guidelines.
