Panther Payment Services

The Vendor is required to provide panther payment services for include:
•    Personnel and expertise to manage and disburse funds to eligible applicants in coordination with the commission.
•    Disbursement of payments for private landowners shall occur throughout the contract period as needed.
•    Disburse funds to eligible program applicants within 10 business days of between the commission and the program applicant.
o    Provide the commission with monthly reports detailing disbursements.
o    Disbursement shall occur only with prior approval of the commission and in amounts determined by the commission at the time of disbursement.
o    Disbursement is expected to occur at variable rates depending on habitat quality and program enrollment, respectively.
o    Payment values will be based on a pre-determined ranking system for applicants that varies based on the level of panther habitat quality present.
•    Charge no more than an overhead multiplier and transaction fee of $0.10.
•    Maintain accurate records and file financial paperwork as required by applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
