The Vendor is required to provide for all resources needed to design, implement, operate, and maintain a new online payment and applications for licensing system for department.
- Objectives
•    Understand existing technological solutions that would fulfill their business needs. 
•    Improve mid-level requirements with vendor’s questions and responses. 
•    Identify 3 alternative solutions and their associated vendors and estimated costs. 
•    Receive feedback on questions, potential challenges to implement, and modifications and improvements to the proposed project scope and requirements that may be a better approach to achieving the project goals.
