Municipal Court and Utility Billing Collections Services

The Vendor is required to provide for municipal court & utility billing collection services for delinquent accounts.
- It is the City’s desire to contract with one company to collect fees for the Taylor municipal court and utility billing violations, those that are determined to be delinquent as provided in article.
- Must clearly demonstrate its ability to provide immediate and consistent efforts in collections and provide a timely return on dollars collected.
