The Vendor is required to provide teaching museum payment and processing services for include:
• Provide payment services as required by county for the teaching museum job classifications shown in the file “job descriptions and classifications” located in the public files.
• Employ qualified personnel.
• Be responsible for payroll taxes, benefits, worker’s compensation, payroll reports, applicable insurances, and other employer federal and state requirements for the personnel.
• Ensure personnel completes fingerprinting and a background clearance check.
• It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their employees meet all criminal history requirements.
• This process must be completed prior to the employee performing any work.
• Assign a single point of contact to coordinate and assist in any employment requests, availability, scheduling, contract compliance requirements, reports and problem solving.
• Be paid based on invoices submitted.
• Invoices shall be submitted weekly by the bidder to county teaching museum.
• The invoices should include the employee’s name, dates and hours worked, the hourly bill rate and the pay rate.
• Attached to each invoice must be a copy of the employee’s weekly time sheet.
• Ensure the teaching museum has the ability to adjust the number of program and hours and price we are paying the instructors on a yearly basis.
