Pay Card Services

The Vendor is required to provide payroll card services and employee reimbursements.
- Requirements & Fees
• Usage: Valid for POS purchases, financial institution cash-outs, and ATM withdrawals.
• No Overdrafts: Spending is strictly capped at the card's stored value.
• Required Free Transactions:
• Minimum 1 free withdrawal per pay period.
• Minimum 2 free withdrawals per standard month
• District Cost: Agency may choose not to pay card access fees.
• Fee Disclosures: Proposals must include itemized tables for:
• Employer Fees: Setup, enrollment, and platform maintenance costs.
• Cardholder Fees: Any fee deducted directly from the employee.
