Mitigation Credits Services

The Vendor is required to provide the need to purchase up to four (4) non-tidal wetland mitigation credits and up to 11,000 linear feet of stream credits for impacts in the agency.
- Furnish the following required documents with their bid or within two (2) business days of request by the contract officer:
• Number of currently available wetland and stream credits
• Credit delivery schedule for credits forecasted to be available by March 1, 2027.
• Credit delivery schedule for credits forecasted to be available by July 1, 2028.
• Certify that they possess the requisite property rights and appropriate approvals from the department of environmental quality and the country army corps of engineers to provide the proposed mitigation credits.
- Furnish the following documents (if available):
• A copy of the current bank ledger.
• A copy of the current regulatory in-lieu fee and bank information tracking system (RIBITS) ledger from the army corps of engineers
• A copy of the credit release letter(s) from the army corps of engineers.
• A copy of the banking instrument.
• A copy of your business license.
• A copy of the geographic service area map for the credits offered which clearly indicates the bank’s geographic service area.
