Comprehensive Billing Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive billing and collection services for fire and life safety inspections and re-inspections for all relevant types of occupancies, on behalf of county fire rescue and to satisfy the requirements outlined county purchasing policy.
- Requirement:
• Service provider must be registered with the state, division of corporations, in order to conduct business in this state.
• The term of the contract, the awarded contractor shall provide, pay for, and maintain insurance as described in this solicitation.
• Provide a copy of current business license(s).
• Provider must have a minimum of five (5) years of continuous experience in the field of billing and collection services.
• Must have sufficient personnel available to immediately fulfill the services items contemplated within this request for proposals.
• Personnel devoted to these comprehensive billing and collection efforts (excluding litigation) shall be competent, qualified, and experienced to assure a vigorous collection effort, with a substantial likelihood of success.
• Personnel profiles should be submitted within the proposal.
• Sufficient financial capacity, working capital, and other financial, technical, and management resources to perform the contract.
