The Vendor is required to provide must be authorized to support the proprietary software: emergency medical services (EMS) computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.
- Must have experience integrating the EMS CAD system software into fire department daily operational activities.
- Must have knowledge of the standards of functionality for all software developed by company and installed in the CAD and the Message Switch System.
- Must employ sufficient experienced staff to undertake the management of the EMS CAD System.
- Must be able to offer emergency software defect fixes that severely impact system functionality and must be available on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis until the problem is resolved as mutually agreed upon by vendor and the fire department.
- Must manage a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week telephone service hotline 365 days a year.
