• Support improved decision-making through increased data availability, quality, and accuracy shared electronically between town 9-1-1 and its partners.
• Leverage modern technology to support this life-critical emergency communications and first-response operational landscape with a robust, resilient platform that can evolve and scale to meet future growth.

• The system will accomplish this by prioritizing:
• Resilience and cloud optimization: utilizing cloud-based functionality and infrastructural redundancy to eliminate single points of failure and minimize business disruptions.
• Mobility: supporting secure remote access so authorized personnel can operate with no degradation to user capability from off-site locations or mobile command posts.
• Regionalized interoperability: providing a flexible infrastructure that adapts to the unique needs of multiple municipalities and fosters seamless cross-agency data sharing.
Proposals for CAD-0045 are due by October 2, 2026.
