Security Services

The vendor is required to provide that security services is seeking a qualified, licensed and insured security services contractor to monitor activity at seven (7) agency locations.
- The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, vehicles and equipment to perform security and patrol services.
- Provide a daily activity log in a form to be approved by the agency.
- To include time duration of each location visit, tenant activities in violation of the resident lease recording of name or unit number and the violation.
- To also include any of the following concerns within the development:
• Outside and/or excessive foot traffic;
• Illegal activities or suspected criminal/illegal activity;
• Safety issues, including but not limited to:
o Lighting concerns
o Trip hazards;
o Broken glass, and
o Vandalism
• Excessive noise in or around the complex;
• Graffiti; and
• Loitering
- All assigned security guards wear the appropriate uniform at all times while performing duties
- Additional as-needed service locations:
• At some point during the contract period, the agency may require the contractor to provide a security guard or patrol services on an as needed or limited basis at various properties other than the above properties with a recurring service requirement.
