The vendor is required to provide access analyst services including:
• Update college transition plans and track status using district established format.
• Assist the college official responsible for implementation of the transition plan and responsible for plan oversight.
• Prioritize the barriers according to the district’s established criteria with the intent that when viewed in their entirety, the programs and services of the district shall be readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities.
• Identify and document observed non-compliant conditions into the ADA transition plan database using district established format.
• Provide guidance for teams working on district projects related to the disabled access compliance.
• Assist the college project team (CPT), office, and college with disabled access compliance issues
• Assist CPT with developing for achieving program access through barrier removal.
• Confer with district ADA coordinator.
• Confer with design teams for design interpretation in regard to disabled access compliance
• Review design and construction documents for district projects at milestones for compliance with the disabled access regulations.
• Review furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) for disabled access compliance.
• Review shop drawings during construction phase for disabled access compliance
• Perform site inspections or field reviews as needed to verify access compliance.
