The vendor is required to provide traffic device installation, video detection system for the installation at 10 locations within the district.
- All supplies and/or materials furnished under this contract shall be new and genuine parts.
- Agency may request locations be done at a certain time to coincide with the paving schedule and avoid traffic issues.
- Contractor shall not perform any work which requires a lane closure during the hours of 6-9 am and 3-9 pm. other work hour restrictions may apply depending on the work location and traffic volume; limits of operations and allowable work hours for primary, secondary, interstate and limited access routes will be included with each location.
- All work and materials required for maintaining traffic, providing traffic control, equipment, and mobilization fees shall be considered incidental to this contract and shall be included in the base unit bid items. Unless included as a bid item.
- Providing all traffic control, traffic control devices and equipment to include but not limited to TMA’s with message boards, lane closures work zone signs, cones, barrels, and flagging operations. Traffic Control shall be in accordance with the current agency and the manual on uniform traffic control devices (MUTCD) and revisions thereto.
