Security Operations Center Services

The Vendor is required to provide security operations center for its files, shares, application, printing, network, end points, servers, users, data and production systems utilized by the project members.
- The need to protect the many various tools such as email, SharePoint, Aconex, and Microsoft 365 require consistent monitoring and oversight; a tool that has a built-in service to assist the it group and monitor the many tools is required.
- The artic wolf solution is a cybersecurity service designed to protect organizations from various threats.
- The SaaS service also provides additional artificial intelligence and operation center that reviews, communicates and activates remediation on various security tools.
- Provide below services:
• To configure a cybersecurity system that will oversight agency endpoint system, cisco firewall, Microsoft security environment, DLR, email filtering, security alerts; will assist in the notification and remediation of alerts and emergency alerts with a 24/7 support structure.
• Managed detection and response (MDR) which is a 24/7 detection and response to cyber threats and response to cyber threats; the system assists in identifying suspicious activity, investigating potential threats and taking action to mitigate risks.
• Provide security operations center as a service (SOCAAS), which is the managed service team that is a continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Vulnerability management to help organize identify security weakness and to address these inefficient security measures.
• The services will work with the Microsoft 365 system, m365 e5 security compliance, ms365 security tools, crowd strike endpoint system, mime cast email filtering, cisco firewalls, iBoss and backup systems such as county; endpoint detection and response, and this is the integration with the current endpoint management tool.
• Threat intelligence that provides threat intelligence services to help organizations stay informed of the latest cyber threats and trends; compliance support which will assist organizations in meeting various regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity.
• The Contractor must provide 24/7 support.
