Security Cameras and Access Control Locks Services

The vendor is required to provide a camera system on the property, both interior and exterior, consisting of Hanwha IP cameras utilizing wisenet wave as a video management system.
- Provide the equipment, installation, and configuration and testing of ten (10) new IP cameras and integrate same into the already established system in place.
- The addition of ten new IP cameras would require the addition of a new network switch.
- The ten new cameras have locations already selected by the city.
- This will consist of 9 dome cameras (5mp) and 1 license plate camera.
- Outcomes/results: all camera installations should fully integrate into the wisenet wave video management software.
- Live and recorded footage shall be obtainable.
- The cameras shall be positioned in a way that provides the best field of view for the area it is installed.
- Provide the equipment, installation, programming and testing of eight (8) mag locks and integrate same into a DMP (digital monitoring product) system.
- Door locks already installed and operational on the property are part of a DMP system.
- The remaining eight doors on the property that are not a part of the DMP system shall have their lock hardware upgraded and programmed to be fully integrated into the existing system.
- This includes installation of readers, request to exit buttons if needed, and tie into the fire alarm per code.
- All items/products shall integrate into a pre-existing DMP system; if an approved equal is used, it shall completely integrate into the system and provide equal holding force as the already installed hardware.
- Each door will consist of a mag lock or strike, reader, and request to exit button if needed.
- All mag locks will be tied into the fire alarm per code requirements.
- Licensed through department for the installation of surveillance equipment.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
