CCTV Sewer Inspection Services

The vendor is required to provide for conducting a closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection of the sanitary collection system within areas impacted by the 2024 jasper wildfire complex.
- This timeline is essential to align with broader wildfire recovery funding applications and to inform critical capital works scheduling for the 2025 construction season.
- The successful proponent will complete the following:
• Cctv inspection of 11,076 meters of gravity sanitary mains.
• Inspections to conform to most recent NASSCO PACP standards.
• Pre-cleaning of all sewers to ensure accurate visual assessments.
• Provide a digital report with condition grading and images.
• Provide traffic management per state traffic accommodation in work zones manual.
- Conditions of work
• Digital infrastructure files: csv and KMZ files of the sanitary and stormwater infrastructure to be inspected, including pipe locations, sizes, and manhole coordinates.
• Bulk water access: free access to a municipal bulk water source for cleaning and flushing operations.
• Grit disposal: access to a municipal grit disposal area at no charge for disposal of debris removed during cleaning.
• Utility support: on-call municipal staff for infrastructure access coordination and utility locating.
• Data integration: availability of municipal GIS staff to assist with the integration of inspection findings into existing mapping systems.
• The successful proponents will need to provide the following before commencing work:
o Current municipality of jasper business license
o Minimum $5,000,000 liability insurance – with municipality added as an “additional named insured
o Clearance certificate from the workplace compensation board;
o Safety policies and procedures and related documentation, including but limited to training certifications.
o Pipeline assessment and certification program (PACP) certifications for all workers on site who assess the pipeline.
