The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive technology-oriented physical security assessment of our county facilities, including perimeter security, access control systems, surveillance systems, physical controls, etc.
- The assessment should be conducted in accordance with industry best practices and utilize recognized frameworks such as the NIST cybersecurity framework.
- The vendor should employ a combination of on-site inspections, interviews, documentation reviews, and physical security test scenarios to identify vulnerabilities.
- The deliverables of this assessment will include a comprehensive assessment report, including an executive summary, detailed findings, prioritized recommendations, and suggested remediation plans.
- Proposers should have proven track records of conducting physical security assessments for organizations of similar size and industry.
- The proposer’s team should demonstrate expertise in physical security technologies.
- The proposer should also carry adequate liability insurance.
