Security Services

The vendor is required to provide security services at Gipson play plaza in dix park.
1. Security presence:
• Two security guards per shift will be strategically positioned to maximize coverage.
2. Uniformed personnel:
• All security personnel must be uniformed and easily distinguishable in company-specific security apparel, enhancing visibility and approachability, while ensuring consistency and professionalism.
3. Incident reporting:
• Contractor will commit to thorough incident reporting, ensuring all noteworthy occurrences are documented promptly and accurately.
4. Emergency response:
• In the event of an emergency, security personnel will respond swiftly and effectively, coordinating with local authorities as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all park patrons.
5. Regular patrol:
• Security personnel will be stationed at Gipson play plaza during the hours of service outlined in the section below.
• Security personnel will conduct regular patrols throughout the entirety of Gipson play plaza.
• This proactive approach is to maintain a visible and vigilant presence, deterring potential incidents and ensuring the overall security of the park.
6. Crime deterrence and prevention:
• Implement proactive measures to deter and prevent criminal activities within Gipson play plaza, fostering a secure environment for all park guests.
7. Coordination with police department:
• Collaborate closely with the police department to enhance overall security measures, ensuring seamless coordination and mutual support.
8. Protection of park property and assets:
• Safeguard Park property and any related assets, employing vigilant measures to prevent damage, theft, or vandalism.
9. Communication and coordination:
• In the event of an incident within the patrolled area, security personnel will promptly communicate with the city of team and coordinate with the police department, as necessary.
- Timeline and hours of service provided:
• Regular operating hours: Monday to Sunday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Overnight hours: Monday to Sunday: 9:00pm- 8:00am.
